Use a razor blade.I have masking tape stuck around the outside of a patio door....it wont peel off. How can I remove it?
A razor blade but soak it first with rubbing alcohol
This is going to sound crazy, but try to slather lots of mayonaise, not salad dressing, on it. The oils in the mayo should help it come off.
Try some WD-40. Spray it on then leave it for a few minutes, then peel off the tape. You might have to do this a couple of times to get all the tape and sticky off. Might need a knife or screwdriver to help pull the tape off. It will be a messy job, but it should work. You might have to wash area with regular cleaning products.
Try If it is a metal door try Goof Off. Just be careful it will remove paint.
spray it with WD-40...it will cone right off.......
hairdryer to loosen it or carefully apply nail polish removing gel
Spray on Goo Be Gone (you can get it just about anywhere nowadays, in the cleaning aisle), and let it sit for a few minutes before you try to peel the tape off.
razor blade
Try Goo Gone...it should dissolve the glue. Use a paint scraper to get it off.
Try Goo Gone. Worked for me on my desk.
Try Goo Gone... and use A razor Blade
gasoline not even duct tape can stick to it
Use a single edge razor blade. Be careful not to cut yourself. If you hold it at an angle, try to slide it under the tape and it should come off fairly easily with very little tape residue.
if the door has no delicate materials such as certain kinds of wood or enamel... try nail-polish remover (acetone) on it, it will dissolve the sticky gum of the tape... be patient, it will come off (tip from a designer that used that technique to fix a few projects...)
