Can your employer LEGALLY bar you from wearing a Burger King mask to work when you feel stressed?

In an employment-at-will arrangement, yes. They can fire you for any reason except for those prohibited by statute. Think carefully before you mask up.Can your employer LEGALLY bar you from wearing a Burger King mask to work when you feel stressed?
Legally, no. I wear a full scuba outfit to work somedays when I'm stressed out. THe first time they had security throw me out but after the 'misunderstanding' was dealt with everything was smooth sailing. If I'm REALLY stressed I speak in a thick Newfie accent and whip out the spoons during coffee breaks. Can your employer LEGALLY bar you from wearing a Burger King mask to work when you feel stressed?
Hahahaha I am cracking up at the mental image... That's hilarious. Hell, if I was your employer I'd let you stay at work like that just to provide some comic relief, things are far too tense right now. That's great.
Probably. They'll find some loophole in company policy
ROFL. What???

Not if you worked at Dunder Mifflin. I'm sure Dwight would make it a rule for everyone to start wearing one.
Literally lol. Thanks for that.

Yes I'm sure. They'd find some obscure regulation in their hand book and send you home.
I guess if you work at Mickey-D's...or i guess it wouldn't be very professional if you worked on a bomb squad.
