Does a egg yolk mask really help acne?

I just tried the mask today because i heard it is good for getting rid of acne and making skin softer. If anybody has used it, can you give me feedback and what I should expect?Does a egg yolk mask really help acne?
Well, from what I know it does make your skin softer, but it does not have anything to do with getting rid of acne. The egg yolk is going to add oils to your face, and make it worse. I wouldn't try it. If you have bad acne, try alcohol on your face, it really works. Take a cotton swab or something and put the alchohol on it. Blot your face with a towel, and you're good to go.Does a egg yolk mask really help acne?
NO, who told you that? What really helps is the eggwhite only. Rub the eggwhite from one egg all over your face and neck, let it dry, then rinse. Keep this up weekly and you will notice that your acne clears and this works wonders for wrinkles because of the protein from the egg absorbs.

Another trick: Use pure honey. Rub about a tablespoon full of honey all over your face and it must stay on overnight or for at least a few hours, do this everynight for 2 weeks and you will have clear skin. The only downside to this is the honey runs on your face so it might get messy!
sounds like you have egg on your face. try soap and water.
If you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.

Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

not in my experience, but proactive has a great mask that really does work. you can use it to treat pimples as a mask or just dab some on the pimple at night before bed, it really is good.
Yes, I've been doing it for years and it really does work. :)
Okay... my sister used egg on her face... she's bright skinned... whatever she did... around her eyes looked like someone fried eggs, and it was shades darker than the rest of her face... her skin tone was like hmmmm... Debbie Allen's... (she thought she was her look alike LOL). A friend recently tired Biore for his keyloy (sp) acne, and it's clearing up some. I would try a test area, first. It's a deep pore cleanser.
Once you've cleaned your skin, it's time to work on fighting pimples before they start. Pimples begin when oil and dead skin cells get trapped in pores. So you've got to use products that work inside the pores to help keep them clear. The key is regular daily usage even when your skin looks great. Only using this stuff when you get a pimple won't do your face justice.

There is no single medicine or acne treatment. Treatment should be designed according to your own personal needs. The only way to know for sure which product will work best for your skin is to try it. But remember, no matter what you use the most important thing is to stick with it.

The active ingredient to look for in the acne products that you see in the drug store or supermarket drug store is benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. These have an antibacterial effect. Benzoic peroxide comes in 5% and 10%. Start with the lower number to avoid ';burning'; your skin. You may have to experiment with acne treatments before you find the right OTC products for you. You are using this product to reduce the bacteria on the skin and to exfoliate. Exfoliation works by applying the lotion or wash to dry up the skin and help the dead cells and debris come off.

I love Acne Gel - it clears my acne right up. I also try to remember to use it regularly to prevent other acne from popping up:)
