Where can i learn elegy of emptiness on zelda majora's mask?

i'm lost on stone tower and can't access it without that song and i need to know where and how do you learn it.Where can i learn elegy of emptiness on zelda majora's mask?
I'm not sure of the town name, but it's the temple that's almost purely undead. Also, it has a little house nearby that the guy inside gives you the (Mummy?) mask. (Mask that lets you walk by undeads with no trouble). To get the mask you need to help his daughter. I believe it's near (gerudo?) and to access it, you need to go through a bomb-able wall in the castle wall. Once inside, there should be a wall you need the mirror shield to get past. This is a new temple.





The boss is the skeleton king. When you beat him, he teaches you the Elegy Of Emptiness.





If and when you get to him, to beat him, it's kind of hard. He'll have two servants helping him fight you, and you cannot damage him at the start. First you need to use Fire Arrows and burn down the curtains over the windows. Once the light is in the room, shine it on the servants or get them into the light; this is when you can damage them. Same goes for the king, but he has a life-draining attack. He detaches his head and it homes in on you. As far as I could see, it was un-blockable, but I never actually tried this one idea: SHINE THE LIGHT at his head.





Once you beat him, you learn the song.

Well first have you gotten the mask from the Music Box house?

Then you get themirror shile, and work your way through a mini temple ending and after you beat the boss you win the song
