Does everyone wear a mask to hide their real selves?

Psychologically speaking. Do people always show the world their real hidden selves?Does everyone wear a mask to hide their real selves?
We're human, we are bound to hide in some way. Either to hide our personality flaws or to hide physical deformity of some sort. Does anyone know everything in our heart? Some overcompensate and are boistrous and loud to hide insecurities, some are indifferent and unresponsive because they shut themselve out from the world so they don't get hurt. Some seem real but are really a shell. People are meant to adapt. We change depending on who we are with, where we are, and how comfortable we feel. Everyone wears a mask, even the one who answer these questions.Does everyone wear a mask to hide their real selves?
People will be different towards different people. Sometimes they will show themselves as a shy quiet person but could be an eccentric egotist with other people. They will always hide a part of themselves. It is very difficult to show your real self if you don't know who you are.
People rarley show their real selves. Many people don't even know who they really are. they define themselves by their job or title, not by what they think or say. or what they like or don't like. Most people were masks because they are too shallow to have a real face and the mask is their personality.
No, they are always hiding something. Whether they know it or not sometimes things get sheltered away on a shelf in our memory.Other times we are just secret about things.
