well in the beggining of the dark knight the joker aka heth ledger is wearing a mask . there is about 7 masks with differnt names can some one please tell me this one

What joker henchmen mask is this please help?
Looks to me like a generic clown mask, made by someone not too knowledgeable about clown makeup.
