So the q: How do I make a full face mask and that has the black ink blots and I can see through it?

you could cut out the holes for your eyes, but cover them up with the black mesh fabric that you see with the ';no face'; phantom masks. It should blend in pretty well with the rest of the black of the splotch on the face.
