Depends on what you want it for, N64 or Gamecube.
On Gamecube, there's a Zelda Collector's game that has Majora's Mask on it as well as Ocarina of Time and a few other classic Zelda games.
For N64 you may want to check Half.com, Ebay.com, or Amazon.com

Ebay, if you are looking for the N64 Cart. You can't find it at a brick and morter shop anymore.
Majora's Mask was included in the Zelda's Collectors edition for the Gamecube. That may be more available then the cartridge. You can probably find it at EB games or Gamestop.
