How would you make a homemade mask using a picture of someone's face?

get the picture the right size and the you could cut it out and glue it 2 a paper plate. then cut the plate to the right size around the photo
print to size, laminate it, add eyelet holes on the sides by the ears and tie a string size elastic to it. No chances of that ripping!
