Will duct tape, plastic wrap, and a gas mask save us all from Swine flu?

Remember when Tom Ridge told us to use duct tape/plastic wrap in case of a biological attack. Do you think good ole' Tom's advice will work for the swine flu? Will duct tape, plastic wrap, and a gas mask save us all from Swine flu?
No. It appears we need a good outbreak to kill a few million people to remind people of that what happen the last time we ignored an outbreak.

Maybe you've heard of it?

HIV ring any bells? Will duct tape, plastic wrap, and a gas mask save us all from Swine flu?
If your goal is to round up every infected person and constrict their mouths with the duct tape/plastic wrap to prevent them from spreading the disease through aerial means (or just kill them all off through suffocation), then, yeah, it might work.
Only if you use the plastic wrap to suffocate yourself. Diseases can enter through any opening, or even the pours in your skin.
It would probably be more useful than the $1.5 billion Obama wants to blow while using the media created scare as an excuse..
Remember those people who died because they sealed their house up so well to avoid anthrax?

I'm surprised duct tape doesn't come with a warning label now. Dumbasses.
Would it were so! Maybe staying out of malls might save the lives of some shoppers whom we desparately need to keep the Obamarama going strong.
It works against terrorists, plagues, and dorm counselors trying to smell pot smoking.
Wouldn't washing your hands frequently be much easier?
I'd like to see some duct tape over the mouth of Sean Hannity.
Good luck with that!
Sure.
Will duct tape shut you up? I'll buy!
Better to suffocate than bleed from the eyes...eh?
